Raise The Bar UK | Terms of Service
Last Updated: March 2026
RTB is designed as a professional operational partnership that drives real standards, accountability, and measurable improvement.
These terms set expectations for honest usage, data ownership, and the limits of platform liability.
1. The Agreement
By accessing the Raise The Bar (RTB) Operations App, you are entering into a professional partnership designed to raise venue standards. You agree to use this platform as a tool for genuine operational improvement, not just “ticking boxes.”
2. User Responsibilities (The “Anti-Pencil-Whipping” Clause)
Integrity: Users must record genuine data. Falsifying safety checks or audits undermines the safety of the venue and the integrity of the RTB platform.
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Each user (Staff, GM, Ops) must use their own assigned account for clear accountability.
Device Usage: RTB is a mobile-first platform. Ensure your hardware is maintained to allow staff to complete checklists at the correct operational times.
3. Data & Intellectual Property
Your Data: You own the operational data you input. We provide the analytics to make it actionable.
Our IP: The workflow designs, audit structures, and “Smart Operations” logic are the exclusive property of Raise The Bar UK.
4. Liability Limitation
RTB is a digital assistant. While we provide the framework for excellence, the legal responsibility for health, safety, and compliance remains with the Venue Licensee and Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS).
