These are the backbone of the app. Without them, RTB does not work.

Auth-Token: Keeps you logged in during your shift.
Progress-Save: Ensures audit data is not lost if your Wi-Fi drops out in the cellar.
Security: Protects your venue data from unauthorized external access.

2. Performance Analytics

We monitor how the app performs to ensure it is “Hospitality Fast.”

Load Times: We track if a checklist takes too long to load so we can optimize the code.
Feature Usage: If no one is using the “Uniform Request” button, we move it or improve it.

3. Your Privacy

We do not sell your data. We do not share your staff's information with third-party advertisers. Your operational trends are your business.
